How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. If you need it sooner there are expedited options available at checkout.

Will my order arrive discreetly?

Yes, absolutely. Every order ships in plain unmarked packaging with no indication of what is inside. Your privacy matters to us and we take that seriously.

How do I charge my brush?

It charges through a USB connection so you can plug it into a power bank, a wall adapter, or even your laptop. A full charge usually takes about 60 to 90 minutes.

How do I clean my brush?

Gently rinse the bristles with warm water and a little mild soap. Just be careful to avoid getting any water near the USB connection at the base. Let it dry completely before using it again.

How do I switch between modes?

Press and hold the heart shaped power button to turn it on. Then press the button again to cycle through the different modes until you find your favorite.

My brush is not turning on, what do I do?

First make sure it has a full charge. If it is fully charged and still not responding head over to our Contact page and we will take care of it.
